Our services
We provide drainage and plumbing services across Croydon, Bromley, Sutton and South-East London. We answer 24/7, and we aim to be on site within the hour for local emergencies — this is a target we hit most days, not a guarantee.
Quotes and prices
Wherever we can, we give you a clear price before we start — on the phone for most jobs, and always in writing for groundworks. If the job turns out to be different from what was described once we are on site, we will explain why and agree any change with you before carrying on.
Our warranties
We stand behind our work in writing. Our standard warranties are:
Warranties cover the same fault in the same place. They do not cover new or unrelated problems, damage caused by misuse, or pre-existing faults elsewhere in the system.
Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. For larger groundworks projects, payment terms are set out in the written quote.
Our liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, or for problems with parts of your system that we did not work on. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law.
Insurance
We carry insurance for the work we do, and documentation is available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
